Government and multilaterals

Pilot

What a multilateral organization gains, the first step we propose to a public body, and what we ask in return.

For a multilateral organization

What does a multilateral organization gain?

A multilateral organization does not buy for countries; it multiplies. What Unica offers it is not a product to recommend, but a signed record of every act of an agent, which it can sponsor without recommending a provider. A pilot on shared rails (a sandbox of AI agents in two or three jurisdictions, with the same signed record, each before its own supervisor) is a shape a multilateral organization could back.

  • How do its guidelines reach practice?

    • 2027 service · 2028 product

With the verifiable evidence package, the regional guidelines go from document to verifiable controls, in one of the countries that already receive technical assistance.

  • Who supervises in each country?

    • Today

Each country would install Unica in its own cloud, with a signed record of the acts in its territory. The multilateral organization neither runs the platform nor holds the data.

    • 2027 service · 2028 product

With the verifiable evidence package, as a service in 2027 and as a product in 2028, the supervisor of each jurisdiction will verify on its own machine the signed record of its territory.

  • Does it favour one provider?

    • 2027 service · 2028 product

Unica as a neutral witness of third-party agents: the acts of other providers’ agents, in the same signed record.

  • Can it try it at home first?

    • 2027

A pilot of its own: one administrative function of the organization, with authorization per person and signed traceability, in a 90-day pilot. Planned start: 2027.

Dates are projections of the current development plan, not commitments.

First step

A 90-day pilot, in 2027.

Limited to an administrative function or a supervision case.

With authorization per person and signed traceability from the first day, in the public body’s own cloud account. Planned start: 2027.

What we ask in return

  1. A public reference at the close of the pilot.
  2. A presentation before a regional working group on digital government.
  3. Introductions to the countries that receive technical assistance in data and AI governance today.

Dates are projections of the current development plan, not commitments.
