Who we are
This notice covers www.teipsum.com and its contact form, run by Teipsum, Inc. (“TEIPSUM”, “we”).
What you give us
When you write to us through the contact form, we ask for your name, organization, role, email, industry and, if you wish, what you would hand to Unica first. That is all. The form has no hidden fields that collect anything about you.
Why we use it
To answer you about Unica and a possible pilot. We use it for nothing else. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
What we never do
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the providers that host our systems for us, who must protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.
Where it lives
In systems we run ourselves, stored encrypted in the United States, and seen only by TEIPSUM staff who need it.
How long we keep it
Until you become a customer, or for 24 months from the day you write to us, whichever comes first. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll act within 30 days. Every email we send lets you unsubscribe in one click. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
This website
The site sets no cookies. We count visits with privacy-focused analytics that stores no personal data and does not follow you across other sites. Our web host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
Not for children
The contact form is for organizations and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects information you have already given us, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
