Trust and security

How a signed record is checked.

Every record is signed: a later alteration breaks the signature.

Today

The signature on every record

Every act of an agent is recorded with the authorization that enabled it and the person who gave it, and every record is signed.

Today, internal audit, the external auditor or the supervisor reviews the signed record: who acted, under whose authorization, and when.

Verification on one’s own machine

Verification on one’s own machine, without access to Unica, comes with the verifiable evidence package: as a service in 2027 and as a product in 2028.

With the evidence package (2027 service · 2028 product), verification needs no access to the system and no trust in the organization or in Teipsum.

Planned certifications

  • ISO 27001, planned for 2027.
  • ISO 42001, planned, with no year yet.
  • SOC 2 Type II, planned, with no year yet.
Illustrative example

A comptroller’s office asks for the file of a tender in which an agent took part. Today, the organization shows it the signed acts and the authorization behind each one. With the evidence package (2027 service · 2028 product), it also receives a file it verifies on its own machine.
